In construction sector we are supplying rock cutting tools/ Bullets/Teeths for Piling Rig machines of all make and design. At present Indian Railway as well as world Railway are using automated machines made by foreign manufacturers for the track maintenance. One of these machine is Tamping machine and this machine uses the Tungsten Carbide Tamping Tool (TCTT) as its end working element. We are proudly associated with Indian Railway since long and also we are supplying these track machines along with Tamping tool manufactured by Technovision. Technovision manufactures all kinds of RDSO approved Tamping tools and in terms of performance we are at par in comparison to imported tools and performance of our tools are much higher than the other Indian manufacturer’s tools because of our unique patients and Russian technology for manufacturing these tools.

CHARACTERISTICS : All rolls have high mechanical characteristics.Rolls for Hot strip mills with a barrel diameter from 570 mm to 1400 mm, a barrel length from 1000 mm to 5300 mm and weight from 3.0 t to 65.0 t. The materials used for casting the working layer in the production and mechanical properties are listed below:
Rolls for section mills with a barrel diameter from 200 mm to 1400 mm, a barrel length 250 mm to 3000 mm and weight from 0,2 t to 45,0 t. These rolls are cast from alloyed pearlitic and bainitic cast iron with nodular graphite. The materials used for production of the rolls and mechanical properties are listed below:
