Technovision Design & System Pvt. Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Foreign Private Company for local manufacture & assembly of Engines which will be used in the High-Speed Locomotives. Under the terms of the MoU, Technovision will explore opportunities to assemble diesel engines and introduce local analogue components for the engine.

The transfer of a significant amount of technology in the assembling/manufacturing programmes is also contemplated. The MoU also encompasses collaboration between our foreign technological partner and Techno-Vision for indigenisation programmes relating to design and development of engines of 4700 Kw and above with transfer of key technology of assembly and one to one replacement of analogues in the framework of this development.

Considering the support of the Indian Government in promoting technocrats to establish manufacturing / assembly unit, Technovision Design & System Pvt Ltd are seeing the business possibility of supply of Locomotives for High Speed Application and Generic one the requirement in coming years is more than 35000 Nos and this was a brilliant opportunity to tie hands with a reputed foreign Technology Partner to start our Engine Division in Singrauli, MP. These engines shall be used for the consumption in Indian railways for the variants of Locomotives which are in utmost requirement.

Presently the variants of analogues and OEM equipment is under research and optimization by the technical team and slowly the procurement of materials will start for the first phase 110 Engines.
